Has anyone done a FHA Portfolio Refinance ?

Hello and thanks for reading. I'm looking for advise on FHA loans. We have a 37 unit portfolio in north east PA. We have done extensive renovation and construction to add value. We are now looking to refinance using a FHA loan. I don't know what options and products are available commercially or for a LLC. The goal is to consolidate everything to one mortgage payment and pull our original cash out. The loan should be 3.4-3.5 mill. I know traditional FHA doesn't do llc owned or commercial loans. I'm fairly certain I heard a BP podcast with investors from Florida that did a FHA 30 year fixed refinance for there whole portfolio. Thanks in advance for your time.
