Eviction Charges / Collection by Property Managment Company
The property management company I’m checking out has this for their evictions and collections section:
“Standard eviction service is a flat $350 which includes document submissions, filing fees, court appearances, legal fees and court costs. The fee for collection of awarded judgement is 50% of funds recovered by collections.”
Does this seem high in the collection %?
Thx
