Can an PA RL form be used if not a realtor?

Hi,

It’ll be my first time not using a realtor for my rental property in PA. All my previous tenants have been with the PA Realtor form as a realtor had been involved. Now that they will not be, do I need to be careful using the ‘PA Association of Realtors’ copyright form?

Do I need to make mine different, and if I do, will it be an issue for a PA lease being able to be satisfactory for PA?
