Sources to obtain renters for furnished/corporate rentals

Praveer Mishra
Posted

Hello,

I own a couple of corporate (fully furnished) rentals in Downtown Denver and I am looking for ways to advertise my properties.  I currently use a site called corporatehousingbyowner.com, I have also used the vacation rental sites such as VRBO.  I have also used a service called national corporate housing.  I just wanted to check with the community to see if you have other suggestions for sites or corporate housing providers I should be contacting in order to get renters.

Thanks

Praveer

Send a short letter with your listing to the major employers in your area; also send it to the universities for visiting adjunct professors who stay a year or less.  The secret is to keep the letter short.  I would also send your letter to custom builders who are always looking for housing solutions while they renovate or build their clients' homes.  Hope this helps...
