Hi All,

I have a single family rental home that is in another state. I need to post the rental listing but had a question. I would like to say that if someone can do small repairs they would be our preference. I am not sure if this is allowed ? I understand the drawbacks of letting a renter fix minor items but it has worked for us 15+ years.
