Light fixture Recommendation

Hi, I'm looking for some recommendation for some light fixtures for the indoor entrance and the dinning room for my rental.  Anything I should keep in mind when I'm shopping for one?  Any lessons you guys have learned or can give me some that I should avoid?

Sounds like you might be a high ceiling for the indoor entrance. One thing I've learned is that integrated LED fixtures are invaluable when it comes to high ceilings in rentals. You can never expect tenants, especially short tenants, to spend much time up on a ladder to change any sort of bulbs.

For the dining room, having those integrated LEDs is not so important, but it's still always a good idea. They'll last practically forever and they keep tenants from screwing around with breakable bulbs and shades that you'll have to replace when they are inevitably broken.
