Hi Everyone, looking to independently rent two homes on 1 parcel of land. The issue I have is the water well serves both houses and electric usage is charged to one house.Wondering what suggestions anyone would have to split the electric charges.

The amount of electricity to run the well is probably pretty insignificant. Anytime utilities aren't separated, it's complicated. Maybe credit them $5 bucks a month or something. Don't think the neighbor's part would be more than that.
