Newbie first rental investment advice please

Hello..I am a newbie to bigger pockets and also to the investment scene in real estate. I am looking at a condo which is currently leased by tenants till the end of the year. What are the list of things I need to ensure that needs to be reviewed or taken care in the process of buying this condo from the seller to make sure its a smooth transition without a burden to the tenant.
