Real Estate Empire - LLC or S-corp
Hello,
Do you that own multiple rental units have them in LLC or S-corps.
Looking for tax, accounting and financial benefits/disadvantages to both.
Which do you use and why? Do you put them all in the same LLC/corporation?
Thank you for your input :)
