Property Management Starting Out

I am looking to start a property management company that manages both long term and nightly rentals. I am looking for recommendations on software to manage the rentals, primarily the nightly rentals, and also recommendations for websites to rentals can be booked on. Not sure if it's worth the expense to have my own built or not. Background, I have a few rentals of my own as well as a real estate sales and refer too much business out to not have my own property management company.
