Hey all! I’m curious if there’s a network of people house hacking in Northern Virginia. I’m interested in using this as a strategy to jump into real estate and looking to learn what people are looking for in properties, where they see value, what are issues, etc.

Would appreciate any thoughts!

I'm not sure of a specific house hacking network, but there are plenty of RE meetups, etc. around.
