I’ve decided to use the Tellus property management app for my first property. But wanted to know what your logistics were on how you use the app that makes sense

How do you incorporate the app with rental applications and tours of property and leasing? Do you have your own rental application in addition to the initial screening offered by Tellus?

We were thinking of using a rently box as well. How would you incorporate the rently box with Tellus?

Hi @Johnny Kim - We use the Tellus rental application/screening, and it's been thorough enough for us. My wife and I show the property ourselves, so we don't have experience with the rently box.

It seems like you could incorporate it though. As you're talking with your tenant leads in the app, you could give them the property address and instructions on how to operate the rently box. Hope that helps.
