Have you looked at modular construction? Prefab, there is a lot here in Columbus that is advertising a build that is about 1/2 cost of build on site vs modular

We are going to post our property for rent in a few weeks and plan to use the Naborly / Tellus screening service.  I have a generic form that I got from the bigger pockets rental book for sending an adverse action notice for applicants who are denied the rental property.  In there, there is a spot for the applicant to contact a consumer reporting agency if they want a free copy of their report if they want.  I wasn't sure where to direct them.

What do you guys do about notifying applicants that they were not chosen?

I’ve decided to use the Tellus property management app for my first property. But wanted to know what your logistics were on how you use the app that makes sense

How do you incorporate the app with rental applications and tours of property and leasing? Do you have your own rental application in addition to the initial screening offered by Tellus?

We were thinking of using a rently box as well. How would you incorporate the rently box with Tellus?

is there a purpose for having a radon inspection on a property that does not have a basement? this is a property in central ohio that is a < 10 years old. I'm having a disagreement and wanted to know what your thoughts were.

does anyone have any recommendations for a reasonably price quality home inspector. about to sign contract in marysville ohio SFH
