Being a tenent in a home
I want to be a real estate investor when I move out of California, but for now I am renting. My question is, is it offensive to negotiate prices with landlords? Or is it set to what it is and that’s it.. I know like selling and buying homes you can negotiate, but what about renting? Such as reassurance of a good family with no destruction history etc, to make us more desirable, and instead of $2600 a month I could ask for $2500 a month for a year of rent Or something like that. Is it offensive and wasting my time? Or is it worth a shot?
