Non-profit Company on a Lease?

Hello everyone! One of my SFH's is up for rent, and I just received an email from a prospective tenant who works for a non-profit. This company is sending employees to Pensacola for the next few years to work with local schools, and they are interested in renting my house on a 2 year lease. However, they want to put the company on the lease, not the actual residents because it may not be the same people in the home for the entire two years. They may have to swap people out occasionally.

How should I handle this? I'm thinking this is more complicated than just putting the company name on my lease paperwork I would use for normal tenants. I'm a relatively new landlord (I first rented this home out almost a year ago) so any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks!
