What info do you Need...? Turn a Vacant Home into an Investment

Hello Investors and Wholesalers,

I'm a Bird Dog in Central California, I'm also a licensed Realtor, so I have MLS access, and I can get a hold of tax records quite easily.

My question is, what info should a Bird Dog present to an investor/wholesaler?

What info do you need?

I come across vacant homes all the time, and there are lots of different issues, and reasons, why these homes are empty. I'm just wondering what would be considered valuable info for someone who plans to turn that vacant home into an investment?

Thanks

Anthony Bishop
