I've begun to do some local property research and I'm trying to find rental prices for the area. I was wondering if anyone has used 'Rentometer' and is it accurate?

@Patricia Bonilla I have a pro membership on it. Since I don’t have mls access it is very useful. I use it for BP analysis. When I go to price a rental I take it, Craig’s List and Zillow rents and average them out. I feel I need to use the other two for current listings so I can get a feel on finish level differences to adjust accordingly.
