Hey there! True confession. Still haven't filed last years taxes yet. As i am about to do them, I mind as well transition to using a new app. Any recommendations for a RE investors with properties in several states that owns Multis and SFR and Short Term rentals?

I'd recommend Tellus. It sorts expenses by property and category, which makes everything really easy for taxes. The financial tracking component was what originally drew me to the app, but it also lets you collect rent and chat with tenants.
