Lease forms for room rental? Virginia

Hi,

I was wondering if I could get some recommendations on lease forms for renting out a room (house hack) in Virginia? Would I use a regular residential lease form, or something more tailored to room rental? 

I'd also gladly take recommendations on sites that provide forms that are legally legit or vetted by an lawyer.
