How do you legally ensure that all of your tenants are Section 8?

If I'm buying properties in bad neighborhoods, I would like to avoid having to hunt down tenants for their rent as much as possible, and Section 8 allows me to do that.  Other than requiring a minimum credit score of 700 for anyone without Section 8 vouchers, what are other legal ways to ensure that all of my tenants are on Section 8?
