Insurance for a duplex

Hello everyone,

I am currently in the process of purchasing a duplex in Platte City, Oklahoma. We plan on living in one side and renting out the other. Since I will be living in one side, would I want to get homeowners or landlord insurance?  Also when I am trying to get quotes online, it only allows me to put the address in for one side, how do I accurately get a quote for the whole building?

Thanks

Corey
