General Contractor Recommendation around Tampa, FL

Hello everyone. I am looking at a distressed property and really interested in buying it. As a newbie I am having hard time estimating the rehab costs anywhere close. Reaching out to BP members to see if they have any recommendations for general contractors around Tampa Bay area. I am willing to pay an hourly rate to just give me a estimate the rehab might cost and they is a very good chance I might use the same GC for the rehab.

Any recommendations will be really appreciated.
