As the number of rentals grow, I need to find a good portfolio lender in Oklahoma City area. Anyone has good recommendations? Would be very grateful if I can get one that requires short or no seasoning period.

Hey @Hao Liu@Jason Gonzales mentioned several of the banks in the metro area that a lot of investors really like. I've heard great things about Quail Creek and Arvest banks as well. There are a lot of investor friendly banks in OKC. You just have to look beyond the big name banks.
