Anyone have a great referral? In the process of buying a few 2-4 units and would love a recommendation. Thanks in advance!!

@Maile Clancy investor to investor... Stay clear of Crestcore. They over bill for management fees, can’t keep track of expenses properly, bill you for things that aren’t authorized, and they’ll even bill you for work that they never even do. In our opinion, they’re some of the most dishonest managers in the Memphis market.

Don’t let this scare you away from Memphis. It’s a great market with lots of opportunity! Just be very careful when building your team and selecting your property manager.
