Eviction: What to do after unsuccessful certified mail?

I am trying to provide a tenant with a notice of Non-Lease renewal but unfortunately the online certified mail system that I've used successfully in the past have been unsuccessful this time when it comes to delivering the notice. I really want to give this to the tenant as soon as possible but since they are unable to deliver the letter (I'm sure the tenant is not answering the door on purpose). What other options do i have?
