Has anyone used Beaver Property Management Software?

I am looking into an online accounting software and I found Beaver on here.  They look pretty good but I don't know how safe and reliable they are. I'd like to have one place that is tailored to rentals where I can do all my bookkeeping.  I thought about using QuickBooks or wave accounting but I don't really want to have to set it all up.
