What's your experience with renters who want to rent oversized homes. 

Do you not care, as long as they can pay?

Or do you wonder what they're gonna do with the extra rooms? I'm just concerned about some house hacking subletting situation, despite not being permitted by the lease contract.

The current tenant had a grown son frequently stay over, who was not on the lease.
