Can I rent out a private room within a rehab that is still in progress? My plan is to overall, invest the bare minimum on the rehab of a fixer upper, with the exception of a fully rennovated room and bathroom. The idea is for this single private room and bathroom to generate enough income, thaf itll fund the remainder the rennovation cost.
