Basement floods after landlord did work.
So my mom's landlord owns the 2 property's on the end of the Street. The property in the back, the plumbing comes through my mom's part of the property. My mom's landlord is the owner of a blumbing company. So he sent his guys out to clear a clog in the back property. They guys were shoving a snake down the pipes that lead into my mom's basement. The pipe broke. They came out and replaced the pipes. A few days later the my mom's basement floods. There's damage to some of her belongings. Is the landlord at fault for this? It was his guys that intionally broke the pipe leading in to my mom's basement.
