Screening Tenants with Naborly

Has anyone used Naborly to screen tenants?

I've heard it can tell you whether a tenant is likely to skip out on rent or be a hoarder. 

If you know any other good websites/apps for screening tenants, please let me know. I'm in Canada if that helps.
