Applicants have restraining orders or domestic violence history

I've been checking online county court records when I get an inquiry about a house for rent in a B-C class area. It seems like many potential applicants have gotten RO against someone, or filed DV charges.

The restrained person or abuser may or may not still be in the picture.

I'm wondering how other landlords think about this history & whether you consider this history in screening.

Thank you.

Someone having been a survivor of domestic violence in the past makes a difference to you how?
