Average showings before renting in MA

Hello,

I'm curious to know if anyone has numbers on average showings before an apt. is rented in MA. I just had four ppl look at my apt. in the first two days of listing and only one asked to apply. They too eventually ghosted on me. I'm a first time landlord and this has me a little stressed as I thought I had listed my place for lower than the average price for the area.
