Windsor Hills: Orlando Rental Syndication

Hello all,

I am a 20 year old college student at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. For the past 2 years I’ve had my eyes on investing in a real estate property located in Windsor Hills, Orlando Florida.

The property would be a $180k-$210k, 3 bed/3 bath condo within 2 miles of Disney World.

The rental would be a short term rental property allowing visiting families to stay for as little as 3 days.

The average Windsor Hills property is booked 70-75% of the year and can be managed by a handful of greatly reviewed property management companies.

I am in contact with a realtor and a couple management companies who I have ran the numbers with and the conservative cash on cash amount would be somewhere around $10,000 yearly.

If anyone has any idea as to the best way to syndicate this property, let me know!
