Loan for Finishing Basement

Hey Everyone! I just bought a home with an unfinished basement (1100 sq.ft) and am estimating that it will take 15-20k to complete it. If I complete this basement I am thinking that I could turn the home into a pseudo-duplex and generate great rental income. Does anyone have any recommendations on loans I could use to complete the basement?
