Property Management...pros and cons?
I am new to real estate investing and there is a lot to be learned. As I prepare to purchase my first investment property, the whole “landlord” thing seems pretty stressful to me, from coming up with a lease contract to finding the right tenants and then tending to their needs...is it worth hiring property management or will I benefit more from doing it myself?
