I was at Washington Sq Mall the other day and one of the booths that is on the concourse 

was a high end luxury apartment complex.. the presentation was more on the line of selling  vacation homes or 

actual condo's..  

first time in Oregon I have seen that sort of marketing for rentals.. 

anyone seeing this in Seattle or Bay area .. ?
