CT rental markets.

Hey Guys,

I am looking to get some opinions on what towns have a good ROI in CT. I currently own a multi family in Shelton and would like purchase more but it's been extremely hard to find in Shelton. As soon as they hit the market they are getting bought up within a few days and for more then they are listed for. I like Shelton because you can find good tenants and people are willing to pay a premium for newly renovated apartments, but I'm not having much luck with finding deals. So now I am starting to look for other areas in CT that are similar to Shelton but has a larger inventory of multi family properties. Any suggestion?

Thanks for your help!
