Tips on finding a great handyman.

I’m an investor located in Columbus, Ohio and currently at 22 doors.

My current handyman bailed on me. I had worked with him for about 18 months, he was knowledgeable, reliable, did work for a fair price, and a vital piece of my RE team. Anyway, he received a settlement and stopped answering his phone the next day.

I don’t have the resources to put someone on payroll, so a handyman that can handle work when it arises, or 5-10 hours a week is a necessity.

Anyway, long story longer, I’m hoping someone can give me some solid tips on finding a good handyman. Places to search, websites, where to post ads? Any help is greatly appreciated.
