Zoning Properly in Philadelphia
So I recently bought my first unit and it was through FHA and I recently try to get my renter's license to properly rent out to tenants and to my surprising the state sent back that I had to zone it because it was not zoned to begin with. So I guess my question was how do I or what's the best way to zone it. I was doing some research and it looks like I have to draw the layout concisely and so much more but i needed some more information to go ahead with the process
Thanks I hope this was enough information to get some answers or I have explained it enough for understanding
