Corporate Housing Contract w/ Pool and Fencing

Hi all,

I run an Airbnb business and I have a landlord that is willing to allow me to run my business in their property -- a single family home with 2 year lease. I would like to add to the contract that we would like to install a temporary above ground pool in the backyard and complete fencing.

Can anyone please help me with the verbiage or any other details I may want to include or be aware of?
