Any websites recommendations for accepting tenant applications?

I have a credit and criminal background check company/process that I am happy with. I would like to ditch my paper applications though and join the 21st century with an online application. Anyone have a good suggestion(s)?

I'm not looking for a full-service tenant screen like MySmartMove. I just want a website where applicants can input the information I require that will collect it and send it to me as an email/PDF.
