Saint Louis Missouri Lease Document

Does anyone have a lease document they like to use for Saint Louis Missouri?  I have one that I received from a realtor, but I am not sure if it covers everything that it should. This is my fiance and my first rental. We are also looking for a good list of itemized costs to give the tenants when they move out. We want to make sure they know what it will cost to repair things that may come out of their deposit. Any help would be much appreciated!
