Listing again with increased rent - need guidance

Howdy Landlords,

One of my tenant is vacating and the house is in the market now for renting.  I did list the property for a rent that I'm finding out is little lower than average.   Is it okay to delist, update the rent and re-post it.  I haven't committed to anyone yet.   Has anyone done something like this before?   Are there any repercussion due to this?  Thoughts??

thanks in advance for your time,

TJ

Yup, no issue with it as long as it’s competitive. I tend to price my properties a bit below the max I think I can get. It’s better for me to rent quickly than get an extra $25 or $50/mo. I’d rather have a number of applications to choose from rather than just one.
