How to complete a lease agreement in NY?

Good afternoon friends.

I have a multi family house in Westchester County NY. I’m renting the upstairs unit soon and I want to make sure I have the correct lease language included in the lease agreement. I don’t want to a lawyer to draft one for me and I was advised there are easier and cheaper methods of doing so. Any help is greatly appreciated.
