Property manager can leave?
I have a property manager who said that they cant handle my current tenants as they are always late and needs repairs, and calls him 17 times on Saturdays. He wanted to let the property go. Is this normal? I thought the property manager can't ditch you?

What does your contract with the property manager say? Normally, there's a clause that mentions either party can move to terminate with XX number of days notice.
Sounds like you need better tenants, and need to do a better job in screening tenants.
