Greetings, BPers!  I am days away from launching a property management firm in Charleston, SC.  Have a few of my own properties, and enjoy the management side of the business - yes, I enjoy dealing with tenants and all those pesky requests!  So, I've decided to start a PM company.  Feel free to ping me if I can be of assistance, or if you know of someone with properties in the area that need a great manager.
