Special needs tenants

Hey.  Are there any problems you all can foresee with a tenant who has ‘special needs’ dog. I’m renting out my place for the first time and I’m a little concerned about renting to anyone who has a mental or physical disability because I know there are special limitations to the law regarding disability. For example; will it be more difficult than normal to evict a disabled tenant for non payment? Are there any important questions I should ask my property manager about this prospective tenant before I approve? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
