Standard tenant forms/disclosures needed for house built in 50s?

Hi All, 

I have a single family rental built in the 1950s. Beside a lease agreement, lead disclosure, lead pamphlet, pet addendum,  pre move-in condition report and rental insurance, is there any other forms recommended prior to tenant moving in that I should have or get signed? Also, where is a good place to get these forms? Thanks!
