Storage building left by previous renter's, wondering how I can c

This is my first rental home. The last tenants of the property had to leave after there lease was up. But long story short they had 3 storage buildings on property which I allowed. 2 of which were repossessed before they left. There is still one left on my property. I found out who owned it and they will never call me back or even seem to be concerned about it. Its been 7 months so far. Would like too know what process I should do too claim this building
