How did you all that have your own property management company, decide how much to pay your employees? Did you hire full/part time? No/minimal experience? Did you pay hourly/salary? Was there incentive for bringing you new properties? Did you train them? I don't want to underpay someone. I also want to make sure I am profitable of course.
